Our quality promise
Your satisfaction matters to us. Every T-shirt is produced in premium quality and checked carefully before it is shipped. Should there still be a production fault, you will of course receive a free replacement or a full refund.
Free replacement in case of defects
Your statutory warranty rights apply without restriction. Should your product have a production fault (for example a printing error, faulty seams, the wrong size), please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the defect. We will review the case and, once the defect is confirmed, send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.
When the right of withdrawal applies
For designs from our gallery the right of withdrawal applies without restriction: fourteen days without giving any reason. There you choose from a finished selection and only set the size and color.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive, that is, for pieces created from your own description. Which of the two cases applies to your order is stated before purchase on the product page, in the cart and in the order confirmation.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
