Terms and Conditions of Ilia Isakov (hereinafter "the Provider")
1. Scope These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.isakum.com (hereinafter "the Shop"). The Shop is directed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Conclusion of the contract The presentation of the products in the Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum). By clicking the "Pay now" button you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after you submit it. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded only when we accept the order by sending a shipping confirmation or by delivering the goods.
3. Products The products offered are textiles printed individually to customer specification (print on demand). The designs are created with the help of artificial intelligence and are one-offs. Minor deviations in color and print position compared with the preview are possible for production reasons and do not constitute a defect.
4. Prices and payment All prices stated are final prices in euros. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG, we do not charge value added tax and therefore do not show any. Shipping to Germany and Austria is free. Shipping to Switzerland costs €4.29 for one item. Shipping to the USA costs €4.69 for one item, plus €2.10 for each additional item. Shipping to the United Kingdom costs €4.39 for one item, plus €1.25 for each additional item. Shipping to France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland and the Czech Republic costs €4.49 for one item, plus €1.25 for each additional item. Shipping to Canada costs €7.99 for one item, plus €1.70 for each additional item. Shipping to Australia costs €6.79 for one item, plus €1.19 for each additional item. Shipping to Norway costs €9.29 for one item, plus €1.00 for each additional item. Shipping to Japan costs €4.49 for one item, plus €1.69 for each additional item. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed. We accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. Your payment method is charged when the order is completed.
5. Delivery The delivery time is usually 5 to 25 business days after receipt of the order. Because every product is made individually for you, production starts once payment has been received. Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. We ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Australia, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Norway and Japan. Shipping to Germany and Austria is free. Shipping to Switzerland costs €4.29 for one item. Shipping to the USA costs €4.69 for one item, plus €2.10 for each additional item. Shipping to the United Kingdom costs €4.39 for one item, plus €1.25 for each additional item. 6. Right of withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. It applies to orders of designs from our gallery: there you choose from a finished selection and only set the size and color. Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for pieces that are made according to your own description, for example when you supply your own slogan or your own design. Which case applies to your order is stated before purchase on the product page and in the cart. You can find further information in our withdrawal policy.
7. Warranty and defects The statutory warranty rights apply. Should a product have a production fault (for example a printing error, faulty seams, the wrong size), please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the defect. We will review the case and, once the defect is confirmed, send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.
8. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. In the case of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place. In that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

10. Final provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
