Not a hit, money back.

If you do not like your shirt, you get your money back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, send the shirt back, and we refund the full purchase price.

How it works

1. 01Deadline
   14 days from the day the parcel arrives with you. What counts is the day you tell us, not the day the shirt reaches us.
2. 02Tell us
   A short email to info@isakum.com with your order number and one sentence about what is wrong. That is all we need.
3. 03Send it back
   Send the shirt back unworn and unwashed to: Ilia Isakov, Leuningerstr. 10, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Trying it on is of course fine. You bear the cost of the return shipment.
4. 04Money back
   As soon as the shirt is with us we refund the full purchase price to the same payment method you paid with, at the latest 14 days after it arrives.

Why we promise this

A design you described yourself exists only once. Custom-made goods like these are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, so strictly speaking you could not return them without a reason. That is exactly why we add this promise voluntarily: you should be able to order your shirt without placing a bet.
