Dart shirt for everyone who knows the moment when the third dart still squeezes in next to the first two. On the chest three steel darts sit close together in the red treble ring of a dartboard, so tight that their flights almost touch. It is drawn like an old engraving, with fine hatching, strong outlines and muted colors. There is no lettering and there are no numbers; the picture tells the throw on its own. It is not fan merchandise and not a jersey, but a picture anyone understands who has ever stood at the line.
The middle dart stands upright and rises clearly above its neighbors; the two outer ones lean slightly outward at the top, so the flights fan out and the points meet below. Their barrels are drawn in brass with grooves and a crosshatched grip, topped by dark shafts. The flights have the classic kite shape and are divided into stripes of dark green, cream and reddish brown, each turned slightly differently. At the bottom the points sink into the red ring, all three in the same field between two wires, none of them touching a wire. Only a section of the board is visible: the wire rim at the top with its small clips, a green band, the red ring with the three hits and below it a dark segment between two light fields. Toward the bottom the board frays out as if it were cut from sisal.
You can add the back when you order. On the back, three darts rest on an old wooden table, two lying diagonally side by side with their points toward the lower left, the third standing upright between them, so the flights fan out upward. The wood grain is drawn with long strokes and frays into fine lines at the edges. Each sleeve, also optional, carries a single dart lying horizontally, point outward.
The colors stay with brassy gold, a deep green, rust red, ivory and near-black ink, the tones you know from pub boards and old tournament posters. That keeps the design warm and grown-up, never loud. On light shirts the dark lines stand out clearly; on dark fabric the brass and cream glow. The hatching in barrels and flights adds depth without making the picture busy. Why the treble ring? Because that is where the big points fall. Landing three darts in the same narrow strip takes practice, a steady breath and letting go at exactly the right moment. The design captures that feeling with no number and no name. Players see their best night in it; anyone giving it as a gift does not have to explain a thing.
Who is this dart shirt for? The league player who keeps score at the clubhouse every Friday. The colleague who suddenly topped the office tournament. The friend with a board in the basement who throws three more darts every night before turning off the light. As a gift for darts players it works for Christmas, when darts fills the TV schedule between the holidays, for a birthday, a first league win or simply as a nod to the team. Teams can add the whole squad to the cart at once with “Order for a group”.
About the shirt: it is made of cotton; in heathered colors polyester is mixed in, from a little to half, depending on the shade. Digital printing starts only after you order. The three darts in the treble ring on the chest are always included; the table and the sleeve darts are added if you choose the back and sleeves as extra print areas. The chest design is portrait-shaped and centered, with some space below the collar.
